51°µÍø has once again been recognized as a Tree Campus Higher Education institution by the Arbor Day Foundation, marking the university’s 11th consecutive year earning the national designation.

51°µÍø and Portsmouth High School celebrated a landmark milestone on May 8, 2026, honoring the first class of the Portsmouth Promise, a college-readiness initiative that awarded 22 local students with scholarships to attend 51°µÍø,
