CardioFit MashUp
Tuesdays 5:30–6:30 pm
CardioFit MashUp is a high-energy workout blending cardio, strength, and agility drills for a full-body workout. Expect dynamic intervals, heart-pumping moves, and fun challenges to boost endurance and fitness!
Pilates Matwork
Thursdays 5:30–6:30 pm
Pilates Matwork is a low-impact, core-focused workout that improves strength, flexibility, and posture. Using just a mat, you'll enhance alignment, balance, and stability with controlled exercises suitable for all levels.
Instructor
Debbie Kielmar has 30+ years experience in the fitness industry, holds various fitness licences and certifications. Debbie has been involved in mentoring and educating fitness professionals locally and nationally and is the creator of Functional Fusionâ„¢ & Dance-bataâ„¢.
